1. Click "Marketing"

2. Click "workflows"

3. Click "Create Workflow"

4. Click "Continue"

5. Click "Add your first action"

6. Click "Remove Contact Tag"

This action enables you to remove specified tags from the contact within your workflow.

7. Select "Tags"

Select the tag(s) you want to remove from the workflow, and then save the action.

8. Click "Save Action"
